Established in 1992, Goddards are a traditional butcher serving prime local pork, lamb, beef and poultry. They take unparalleled care and attention to detail within their craft so that our chefs work with the best cuts. Plus, they’re ranked in the top 100 in the country.

Redgate Bakery
Passing down skills through generations for over 25 years, Redgate Bakery is based along the Norfolk coast and supplies us with pastries and sourdough for our breakfast table.

Staithe Smokehouse
Brancaster Staithe smoked salmon is widely known as some of the best around, and we’re lucky to include it in everything from small plates to our Coastal Sharer. The artisan smokehouse uses ‘age old techniques and methods to slowly smoke [our] fish… that are enjoyed for their natural flavours that are enhanced by us smoking them.”

Ashley Mullenger
The Female Fisherman is a pioneering fisherwoman off the coast of Wells-next-the-Sea who we can count on for catching shellfish for our table. Ashley will be visiting The Grain Store at the end of August for a supper club – sharing tales from life at sea and offering a rare and honest look into the world of small-scale fishing.
Vegetables
Eves Hill Farm
Home to a native breed of Hereford cattle, pigs and laying hens, Eves Hill farm is on a journey to regenerate their soils and increase biodiversity. The farm produces nutrient rich food and sources local fruit and vegetables.
