Top 21 New Restaurants 2024 by Condé Nast Traveller
Gather around a table in The Grain Store, our vaulted flint barn restaurant. On the table you will find thoughtfully sourced, simply prepared food that’s best enjoyed in good company.
Tales of source and supply
Good food starts with great ingredients. We work with suppliers who care as much as we do. From local farm and butcher, Swannington, to Staithe Smokehouse where traditional techniques and time lead to the best tasting smoked fish.
We take our lead from our location
On the menu you’ll always find our Norfolk Sharers. These move with the seasons, where the hero of the plate is always local. From sharing pies and lamb shoulders in winter, to a whole fish and our popular Norfolk fish platter during the summer months.
The atmosphere in The Grain Store starts with our open kitchen. The energy of our chefs, the moreish scents and the theatre of cooking – you’ll feel part of the action.
Sunday Roast
A Sunday roast in The Grain Store is everything you’d expect – wholesome, hearty and uncomplicated. We know Sundays are about who joins you at the table (or sleeps at your feet) so enjoy the company and let us take care of what goes on the plate.
