The North Norfolk coast is calling…
Big skies, miles of coastline and country walks – North Norfolk has it all, and in Weybourne, it feels like we have even more. You’ll find a slower pace and sense of calm against a backdrop of cottage gardens, the smuggler’s favourite beach and clear sky nights. Stay longer, explore further and you will find plenty of hidden gems, from antique shops to nature reserves.
Let’s start with the sea at Weybourne
Weybourne isn’t just on the coast. It’s perched right on the edge of England’s eastern edge. Our nearby shingle beach is just the spot for paddling, spotting seals and seabirds, and walking the coastal path that runs parallel to it.
North Norfolk at its best
Inland, medieval villages mix with ancient woodlands and big open skies. Lose yourself in some of the local villages and small towns. Explore historic castles, such as Castle Acre, and stately homes (Blickling Estate, Felbrigg Hall and Holkham Hall). Walk around the Walsingham ruins and find out more about its religious pilgrimages. Come for the scenery and linger for a while…
